In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, actively explore new paths for the integration of party building and business, and fully play the leading role of party building, on December 10th, the party branch of Linyi Luoxin Water Affairs Co., Ltd. and the party branch of Shandong Linshui Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise of Linyi Water Resources Group, jointly carried out the "Water as a Medium to Promote Development" party building and construction activity.

After the visit, both parties signed a party building and co construction agreement.
